Despite his disabilities, Patrick Henry Hughes considers himself incredibly blessed.
Born without eyes and unable to fully straighten his limbs, Hughes has been relegated to a wheelchair for as long as he can remember.
At the age of 9-months, his father Patrick John Hughes introduced him to the piano which sparked his love for music and in turn, giving him the “opportunity” to share his musical talents with the world.
The story of Patrick Henry Hughes was first televised in 2006 in an inspirational piece on ESPN and it still gives me chills. The relationship between son and dad always gets me.
