NBC Opts To Air Kardashian Tit Interview Instead Of 9/11 Moment Of Silence

At 8:46 a.m. almost every major news outlet went live to the White House where the Obamas (left) and the nation was observing a moment of silence for the victims lost on 9/11. Meanwhile, on NBC’s ‘Today Show,’ it was tit talk with Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner.

NEW YORK (TRP) – For the past 11 years, Americans have commemorated the tragic events of September 11th with a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m. to mark the moment when American Airlines Flight 11 struck the north tower of the World Trade Center and in turn, forever changing the world we live in.

While families of victims gathered to honor those lost, news and cable networks went live with multiple memorials including one from the White House where the Obamas observed the moment with a solemn prayer.

However, if you were watching NBC’s the Today show, the moment of silence was replaced with a moment of oh no they didn’t.

The geniuses at Today opted to air an interview with Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner. The unfortunate topic being discussed at the poignant moment: the 56-year-old’s new boob job. Yes, because on the anniversary of the worst day in modern American history, the appropriate topic of discussion should be aging titties. Well done NBC!

In a statement to Politico Tuesday afternoon, Today show spokesperson Megan Kopf said “The Today show dedicated a considerable amount of time to September 11th coverage this morning throughout the entire show.”

It wasn’t immediately clear if that should be interpreted as a “my bad” or “fuck off.”
