OHIO (TRP) – It’s being billed as the best half-time show ever.
The Ohio State University marching band took to the field this weekend, and not only wow’d the crowd but lived up to its name as The Best Damn Band in the Land.
During halftime of the Ohio State game against the University of Nebraska, the band paid homage to classic video games such as Tetris, Super Mario Brothers, Zelda and Halo.
The most impressive part of the performance comes in at the 6-minute mark where the band depicts Zelda’s running companion. Unbelievable is just one way one can describe the feat.
The band reportedly had only a week to practice the 9-minute routine which clocked in over a million views in 24 hours.
