When it rains, most of us trek it around town with umbrellas. The so-called “umbrella etiquette” has unfortunately become increasingly scarce during wet weather — especially in New York City — where many are just concerned with staying dry.
In some cases, common courtesy gets thrown out the window. Why is that?
